Guide to the site
This electronic edition of the correspondence of Linnaeus consists of a small number of static pages (this page for example), a database (MySQL accessed by PHP scripts running under FreeBSD) consisting of six major tables and twenty ancillary tables, reproductions of manuscripts in high and low resolution (jpg files) and reproductions of printed editions, including Bref och skrifvelser (pdf files).
To consult the site you need a reasonably recent web browser and the means to read pdf files. If you have difficulties with the site please update your browser, activate java and install a pdf reader or browser plug-in (try here).
