upSUMMARY

Adriaan van Royen informs Linnaeus that he has received, from Philip Miller, Johannes Burman’s fifth Decade. In accordance with Miller’s wishes Royen now sends two copies of his work to Georg Clifford together with the plants Linnaeus has asked for, to which Royen adds a few of his own choice, thus making good use for the available space of the vasculum in which the plants were sent. He sends his best wishes to Clifford and is looking forward to seeing Linnaeus during the following week.
