Nu är tid at betecka adjuncturen; i Tisdags bortgafs Professionen till den Eder unnar bäst.

Wallerius sökte i dag af Hans Excellence at han måtte få adjuncturen, men jag war tillstäds, då bad han honom söka facultatem medicam. jag tviflar på han får tiensten, är nog wid, godt hopp för H[err] Doctoren.

that it is time to decide on the position of adjunctus. Linnaeus was appointed professor on the preceding Tuesday.

has asked for the position today, but, as Linnaeus happened to be present, Carl GyllenborgGyllenborg, Carl (1679-1746).

had suggested to Wallerius that he should apply for the position in the Faculty of medicine. Linnaeus does not think that Wallerius will get it, so Linnaeus thinks that Bäck can be rather optimistic.
