of the founders of the Royal Swedish
Academy of Sciences. Private pupil of
Linnaeus. Close friend of Pehr Kalm,
whose voyage to America he supported
financially. Correspondent of Linnaeus.
to ask him to appear before the court on April 14th between noon and 1.00 p.m. as Bielke did not visit the vice chancellor [of Uppsala University, i.e. Linnaeus] during his latest visit to Uppsala. Bielke is to pay all legal expenses.
