to Mrs Ternström. In his distraction, due to a heavy thunderstorm, he forgot to enclose the note itself, so now he repeats his appeal.

This day Lagerström has received Linnaeus’s letter of August 3 [this letter has not come down to us]. He has decided to go to Uppsala soon to visit Linnaeus and to thank him personally for everything.

Lagerström encloses another shell of Oscabrion for the Queen’s [Lovisa UlrikaLovisa Ulrika, (1720-1782).
