jag gratulerar till den hederliga Societeten, wille alla Praesides continuera detta sättet, så hoppas jag att aldrig Auditores och Membra skulle fattas. Hans Excellence Höpken har hedrat sig emot academien.

Allenast Arch[iater] Rosen kommer hem, så skola wij snart nog expediera D[ominu]m Galenum. det war wähl för honom och jag ser huru Gud har sin hand om den fattiga, och gläder mig, att min Bror får wara wår Herres wärktyg at giöra godt.

för all ting se igenom senasta correcturen, det har min Bror lofwat och Hans M[ajeste]t approberat; i dag sänder jag manuscriptet

jag tror aldrig at Gisler får odorem violarum af viola tricolore; knapt smak och färg, mindre kraft. ty viola tricolor är oleracea, men ej så officinalis.

innelychte kom i dag under mitt couvert till Arch[iater] Rosen.

Ännu stå wåra örter i trägården och hångla.

jag har fått ett stånd af ett nytt ocymum i blomma ifrån America.
