upSUMMARY

Linnaeus has finished two manuscripts and is satisfied with them.

Abraham BäckBäck, Abraham (1713-1795).
Swedish. Physician, president of the
Collegium Medicum, Stockholm. Close
friend of Linnaeus. Correspondent of
Linnaeus.
may do what he finds best.

As soon as there is a reliable person going from Linnaeus to Stockholm, Linnaeus will send both manuscripts to Bäck. Linnaeus supposes that it will be during the following week.

Linnaeus advises Bäck to make a difference between gummata, resinae and gummi-resinae since they are so unlike both in prescriptions and in formulae.
