botanist, director of the botanical
garden of Göttingen (1753).
Correspondent of Linnaeus.
sends Linnaeus dried plants of Paeonia laciniis foliorum linearibus, Geum flore albo pendulo, a species of Scabiosa and some species of Salvia. He has added seeds of Geum, of various species of Salvia and of Angelica tenuifolia caule alato.

Zinn asks for seeds from Uppsala University Botanical Garden.
