to Lovisa Ulrica Tessin. Uncle to
Fredrik Sparre. Correspondent of
Linnaeus.

Linnaeus finds it difficult to understand Carl Gustaf Dalberg’sDahlberg, Carl Gustaf (?-?).
Swedish. Colonel and owner of a
plantation in Surinam. Daniel Rolander
went to Surinam to serve as tutor for
Dahlberg’s children. Correspondent of
Linnaeus.

Mays,Indigo, Karapater, Sursak, (Annona in the botanical world), Coffee, Ricinus, Cotton, Schoenus, Calabasser.

Linnaeus asks Tessin to provide poor people with seeds of all these plants except for Indigo, Cotton and Calabasser.

Linnaeus reports that wild cinnamon trees have been found in America and that this information does not please the Dutch.
