P.S. Pennant has unexpectedly received a letter from Linnaeus [presumably Linnaeus to Pennant, 3 September 1763Letter L3302, this letter has not come down to us]. He eagerly awaits the books that Linnaeus has promised to send. In the spring he will send his British Zoology. Pennant tells Linnaeus how he wants to be quoted.
