Montins rön är wähl godt, men då han gifwit Theriac och olia tillika, wet man ej wist, hwilket dera giort mästa effecten. nog hafwa de gamble recommenderat Asken mot ormars bet, men intet tyckas qualitates odoris et saporis wara synnerligen betydande, därföre hafwa ock de nyare dragit denna des kraft i twifwelsmåhl.

], but it is, since he has used both Theriac and oil, difficult to tell whichever had the best effect. The ash tree has previously been recommended for snake bites; recent observations have doubted this.
