The seeds that Giseke has received from Kleinhoff [Christian KleynhoffKleynhoff, Christian (?-?).

] and sent to Linnaeus have not yet arrived.

The seeds of Ipecacuanha that Giseke has sent are not seeds of Ipecacuanha officinalis but seeds of a species of Asclepias. Ipecacuanha is a species of Viola, etc.

If these seeds grow and constitute a new genus, it will be named after Giseke.
