Linnaeus supposes that the Parliament [the Swedish Riksdag] will decide on a permanent monument to Tessin at its next meeting. Linnaeus thinks nobody could deserve this better than Tessin. He also asks if Anders Johan von Höpken

The Aloe has flowered in several places recently. It should not become higher than twenty ells, if it is perfect. It flowers late, should not be moved, and the box where it is planted must be taken indoors when cold nights approach, so that the flowers can produce their honey. In Portugal it is planted in hedges, and thousands flower each year. Twenty years ago, it flowered in Humlegården in Stockholm, and it has flowered in many places after that.
