H[err] Söderberg sade mig, när jag war inne ett par timmar till Murrays disputation, det han behöfde p[en]g[a]r. jag hade då knapt ett par plåtar i fickan, men lofwade honom, så mycket han wille, då jag kommo till Hamarby; unge Herren reste med mig; Söderberg skulle komma om 3 dagar äfter, som och skedde; jag glömde p[en]g[a]rne, han påminte ej där om; när han bortreste, stod jag mitt i Lectionen. Det förtröt mig sedermera, att jag glömde p[en]g[a]rne.

med sista posten kommo öfwer de 150 d[a]l[e]r kopp[army]nt; jag frågade H[err] Noring om han lämnat H[err] Söderberg pgr; men näkades, då jag i går war i staden; allenast jag får wetta hans skuld, skall jag den betala och de öfriga sända straxt åter.

] went to Hammarby and Söderberg came there three days later, Linnaeus forgot about the money; Söderberg did not remind him, and he left while Linnaeus was lecturing. Linnaeus is sorry about that.

Linnaeus had got 150 daler kmt from Bäck with the latest mail. Linnaeus had asked Jonas NoringNoring, Jonas (1713-1775).
