Dated 1773 d. 19 Decembr.. Sent from Uppsala (Sweden) to Stockholm (Sweden). Written in Swedish.

jag tycker M[in] K[iäre] borde sätta pure praeparata a parte, e[xempli] gr[atia] cineres clavellati, Soda.

the phrase pure praeparata a parte e. gr. cineres clavellati with the note on soda.

Eryngium foetidum should be included. It is very effective against hysterics and is easily obtained, quite as easily as Quassia, and from the same country.

Parnassia palustris should not be excluded, since the farmers often use it against heart disease.

notations as soon as he has been to Hammarby and checked them against his own specimens. He also wishes Bäck a happy Christmas.
