scientists. Correspondent of Linnaeus.
discusses the holly, Agrifolium, of which some specimens have only male flowers, others only female, others hermaphrodite flowers or combinations of male, female and hermaphrodite ones. So, Collinson concludes that John MartynMartyn, John (1699-1768).
British. Physician, professor of botany
at Cambridge.
is right in suggesting that this plant shall be moved from Tetrandria tetragynia to the class Polygama, order Trioicia.
